Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your GeoPilot subscription at any time. This page explains what happens when you do.

How to cancel

Email support@smartbhujal.com from the email address on your account with the subject line Cancel subscription. We confirm cancellations within 24 hours.

Self-service cancellation from inside the app is on our roadmap. While we ship that, email is the fastest path and gives you a written record.

What happens after you cancel

  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you cancel a monthly plan on day 10, you keep access through day 30. Annual plans run to the end of the year you paid for.
  • No future charges. The subscription will not renew.
  • Your data stays available for 30 days. After cancellation, your account remains in read-only mode for 30 days so you can export projects, layers, and chat history. After 30 days the data is permanently deleted.

Cancellation vs refund

Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period. To request a refund for the current period, see our Refund Policy.

Reactivating

If you change your mind, re-subscribe from the Pricing page. If you re-subscribe within 30 days of cancellation, your data is restored. After 30 days you start fresh.

Custom and consulting engagements

Custom deployments and consulting work are governed by the contract signed for that engagement.
