These Terms govern your access to and use of GeoPilot AI (the “Service”), operated by Smart Bhujal based in Andhra Pradesh, India. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
GeoPilot is an AI-powered GIS analysis platform. We provide a chat interface to run spatial operations on user-uploaded data (shapefiles, GeoJSON, CSV, GeoTIFF, GeoParquet, DXF, KML/KMZ, Excel) and on data retrieved from connected databases. Output includes maps, charts, layers, and reports.
You may sign in with Google or GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials with the OAuth provider secure. Notify support@smartbhujal.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Paid plans are billed in advance through Razorpay. Prices are displayed on the Pricing page in USD and charged in INR at the prevailing exchange rate. Indian tax (GST) is applied where applicable; see your invoice for the exact breakdown.
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Cancellation is governed by the Cancellation Policy.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests, suspend accounts, and recover sums where we have a good-faith basis to believe a refund is being used to extract product value without payment. Examples of patterns that may trigger refusal include: substantial AI prompt or export volume during the refund window; repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles by the same person across different email addresses; payment from cards or accounts later flagged for fraud; or evidence of coordinated abuse across multiple accounts.
Each customer is entitled to one refund per twelve-month period across all GeoPilot subscriptions. Failed or unauthorised transactions are always reversed regardless of this limit.
You retain all rights to the data you upload (the “User Content”). You grant us a limited licence to process User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you, including passing relevant excerpts to our AI model providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, etc.) to fulfil your prompts.
We do not train models on your User Content. We do not sell your User Content. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
AI-generated outputs (maps, analyses, suggestions) may contain errors or omissions. GeoPilot is a productivity tool, not a substitute for a licensed surveyor, hydrologist, urban planner, or other domain expert. For decisions with safety, legal, or regulatory implications, verify results with a qualified professional.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (cloud, AI providers), and force majeure events may cause downtime. Paid plans receive priority support but no formal uptime SLA unless agreed in writing.
You can cancel at any time per the Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with written notice where practical. On termination, data retention follows the Cancellation Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
