We want you to be confident in your purchase of GeoPilot. This policy explains when refunds apply and how to request one.
Monthly plans are eligible for a full refund within 3 days of the first paid charge, provided the account has not been used to run more than 15 AI prompts during that period.
After day 3 (or after 15 prompts, whichever comes first), the current billing period is non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Annual plans are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the first paid charge, subject to the same 15-prompt fair-use ceiling.
After day 7, annual plans are non-refundable for the year. The discount over the monthly rate is the trade-off for committing to the full year. Cancel any time to stop the next year's renewal; access continues until the end of the annual period you have paid for.
Failed or declined card transactions are automatically reversed by Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days, without any action on your part. If you believe a charge was unauthorised, email support@smartbhujal.com and we will respond within 24 hours.
A customer is entitled to one refund per 12-month period across all GeoPilot subscriptions. Multiple sign-ups by the same person (under different emails or otherwise) count as a single customer for this purpose.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests where the account's usage clearly indicates the product has already been evaluated and used. Indicators include large numbers of prompts completed, projects created, layers exported, or reports downloaded during the refund window. Refunds will also be declined for accounts showing signs of abuse, fraudulent payment information, or terms of service violations.

Custom deployments, consulting engagements, and white-label work are governed by the contract signed for that engagement and are not covered by this policy.
